the park is so beautiful, but i don't think i'd like to live near that neighborhood. it's all the way up the island & there's not much going on there!

That does look like the entrance to an evil castle, but I used to go there over 50 years ago. My Grandparents lived very close to the Cloisters....Plus my Dad was born where they lived....I remember it being very pretty. I love this photo it is great with all the shadows : )

Was she looking how far up she could go.........My grandparents lived right by the Cloisters and I was there many times when I was little, it was so pretty there : )
